The Class of 1960
This is a poem for the class of 1960 For the memories shared And the friendships formed. For the classes and rallies And games long ago, For the flame of enthusiasm Dimmed, but still aglow. For Paragon, the Shack, the Beach And the sand, For the town that was ours And we thought was so grand. For the laughter which echoes In the halls still there, Where we played and we acted As if we had not a care. This is a poem for you, classmates For your hopes and your dreams The connections remain, Or so it just seems.
